It is most important for students to understand the importance of helping others less fortunate than us. IHM helps instill the Corporal Works of Mercy in students  by collecting food/goods/clothing or raising money for various philanthropic groups.  

Students and Faculty take part in any differnent service projects throughout the year. Below are some events we were a part of this year! 

Donations for US Troops overseas
Collecting bags of American soil to send to US Troops overseas
Alzheimer's Awareness dress down in purple
Pink out day to raises money for Breast Cancer
Dress Down in Orange Day to raise money for the MS Society 
Catholic Schools Week service projects ( see below)
Blessing Baskets drive for our local Eastchester and Scarsdale Fire and Police Departments 
Animal Shelter Drive
